How do I submit my brand?

How many looks can I bring?
Designers are required to showcase 10 looks. If interested in additional looks, you will need the additional looks to be approved and there will be an additional cost.
How will I know who my models are?
Once you book your slot, we will send a questionnaire about the sizing range of your pieces. Based on your submission, we will start organizing your models. After selection, each designer will receive a model card with all of their model’s height, measurements, pictures and contact information. No outside models are allowed. All models need to undergo our program. If there is a model that remove from your roster, let us know within 72 hours of receiving your model cards.
What do I need to bring on the event day?
Bring all of your show pieces in clear bags. All clear bags will be checked in upon arrival. Do not bring non-clear bags. Bring your own table, chairs and anything else that you will need in the dressing area. The venue and The Real F Word is not responsible for any items lost and/or stolen.
What is your billing process?
We ask for a 50% deposit upon booking, and the remaining 50% sixty days before your event. No Refunds.
When is the model fitting?
On the event day, we will do a 2-hour fitting with your selected models.
Can I bring someone w/ me back stage?
Each designer is able to bring 3 people with them backstage. Their names will be on a list and they will be. given a pass. These people can be an assistant, stylist, etc. Please submit your assistants at least 72 hours before the event day.
Do designers get free tickets?
Yes, each designer will receive 2 complementary VIP Tickets. Any additional tickets desired will need to be purchased.
Can I bring my own photographer?
All Videographers/Media requests must be approved by The Real F Word. For media passes, email xo@therealfword.com. There is no filming in changing areas.
What music will be played during my segment?
After booking, you will receive a list of music to select from. Approval will be on a “1st come, 1st serve” basis.
How will I know my segment time?
You will receive your segment time 30 days before the event.
